Chocoholics unite! Indulge in our Chocolate Factory Challenge, where teams go head-to-head in this food-themed team building activity.

Beginning by crafting their chocolates, teams will use a wide range of ingredients to conjure up their delicious and unique recipe. Once decided, it’s time to get mucky, combining and creating fillings to then cover in their chosen melted chocolate. Whether icing, sprinkling or dusting, chocolates are then finished off.

And that’s just the start of things. It’s then time to develop the brand – working together to think of a brand name and packaging whilst keeping an eye on costs. Next, the teams will pitch their products and marketing strategy to the judges, performing an advert as a fun finale. This chocolate-fuelled activity inspires innovative thinking, demonstrates budget control and develops team spirit and communication skills.
