We have vast experience in planning corporate events across the South of England and beyond - from large London corporate venues to rural away-day style venues, we've seen it all and executed some truly magical events. 1. Leonardo London Tower Bridge .

This city-centre corporate venue in the heart of London comprises 17 meeting and function rooms to create a flexible conference space. Comfortably accommodating up to 850 guests in a theatre set up, this accessible venue is a convenient spot to host your corporate event.

With two suites on the lower ground floor combining two impressive meeting spaces, this conference venue is perfect for hosting a range of large events including AGMs, exhibitions, product launches and corporate parties. The neutral decor and high ceilings make this venue the perfect blank canvas to play with lighting and staging to create a unique space for you and your delegates.

Silchester-Farm-Conference

2. Silchester Farm .

A rural event venue in the heart of Hampshire - this corporate venue is the perfect place to transport your guests to tranquil countryside for a day of learning or team building. Their rustic cow shed provides a brilliant spot for hosting a conference for over 100 guests, with a beautiful space reserved for a rustic stage and state of the art LED screens. Guests can take notes from beautiful oak tables and enjoy tea, coffee and an extensive bar menu from the Silchester Team.

Various outbuildings and extensive grounds allow for break-out spaces or teambuilding activities - Silchester Farm really does have it all. From archery to clay pigeon shooting, there is no end of opportunity for corporate entertaining. This conference venue breaks the mould, inspiring your delegates and employees with unique surroundings and peace.

For production at Silchester Farm, we recommend working with the surroundings by providing a rustic stage set up, and sympathetic warm lighting for a sophisticated feel.

3. Hampshire Court Hotel .

With brilliant connection to London and Reading, the Hampshire Court Hotel is a wonderful choice for a corporate party or conference. With various meeting spaces around the venue, and a vast and impressive tennis court to transform, there are plenty of opportunities for your next corporate event. The tennis courts can easily accommodate 500+ guests, providing a blank canvas for us to transform into the ultimate corporate party venue.

With draping, beautiful lighting, staging and LED video walls, this Hampshire corporate venue can become a breathtaking space your corporate guests will talk about for years to come. With space outside the venue for a red carpet entrance and plenty of facilities and accommodation, we'd hugely recommend this spot.

4. The Savoy .

Meetings and events at The Savoy are truly magical. With history and glamour at the forefront of the venue, it's one of the most popular event venues in London. Whether you're looking to host a conference, lavish corporate party or gala dinner, they will have the perfect option for you.

We've been thrilled to work at The Savoy in the past, providing our production services for prestigious gala dinners and award ceremonies. The venue boasts multiple spaces for corporate functions, and your own dedicated event planner who will oversee your event from planning to on-the-day.

Although a stunning space already, lighting can really elevate The Savoy for a corporate event. For a glamorous gala dinner or award ceremony we use moving head lighting for magical effect.

 

5. The Dorchester .

With multiple spectacular rooms to choose from, deciding where to host your corporate party at The Dorchester is a difficult task! The Ballroom is our favourite - this magnificent banquet room has its own entrance on Park Lane and has capacity for up to 1000 guests.

With 1930s Art Decor interiors, this corporate event venue is a beautiful space to hold an array of events from product launches to gala dinners. Retractable chandeliers and space to drive a car directly into the Ballroom, this venue really does cover all bases.
