Virtual Events At Wasing Park

On Friday 13th May 2016, Virtual Events were proud to be the supplier for the wedding of the new Mr and Mrs Jones at the stunning venue, Wasing Park.

For this beautiful wedding we supplied Wasing Estate with our Wedding DJ service, popular white Photo Booth, our beautifully stunning 16ft White LED Dance Floor, our white wireless Uplighting, our popular Giant LOVE Letters and our new Custom Designed Gobo (a projector that can literally put your name in lights).

The Venue

Imagine taking a drive through glorious picturesque 18th century parkland. If you were doing this, it would bring you to the Wasing Estate; the beautiful home to Wasing Park. This is a wedding venue for special couples looking for either a contemporary or traditional wedding.

There’s the choice of marrying in St Nicholas Church, the Victorian Summerhouse, the elegant Garden Room, with your wedding breakfast held in the Castle Barn. Next to this amazing venue is the estate’s boutique guest accommodation, the Stables Lodge, which features an incredible Honeymoon Suite and 25 bedrooms. Set in beautiful countryside, this idyllic venue is easily accessible and definitely one of our recommendations.

St Nicholas Church – This beautiful church is predominantly 15th century with many original features set within a very pretty and peaceful location at Wasing Park. St Nicholas can seat approximately 100 guests.

The Garden Room – This graceful space was built for civil ceremonies and offers plenty of light with its floor to ceiling windows over looking the beautiful gardens. The Garden Room is the perfect place for reception drinks, with bi-folding doors that bring the outside in, allowing guests access to the grounds and to enjoy the garden and the terrace.

The Victorian Summerhouse – For those special couples looking to say their vows in the outdoors, this is the place. It’s filled head to toe with flowers, cherry trees, birds and butterflies; it offers the idyllic backdrop for exchanging vows or a blessing.

The Castle Barn – Hosting up to 150 guests, this barn is the ideal setting for your special celebration. With its grand arches and stonewalls; the Castle Barn really does provide a “wow factor”. When the time comes to celebrate with your evening guests, the raised stage is an ideal place for a band or DJ.
